Martie Moore is an executive with over thirty-five years experience with focus on quality, patient safety and advancing excellence in healthcare. To date, Moore holds the Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) certification. She serves for ContinuumXR, as Chair of the Clinical Advisory Board. She additionally serves on several advisory boards including the American Organization of Nurse Leaders (AONL), Patient Safety Movement Foundation (PSMF), Sigma and the Dean’s Advisory Board for the University of Central Florida College of Nursing.
She serves as the Co-Chairperson for the Patient Safety Movement’s Falls & Fall Prevention. She recently was honored with an honorary doctorate degree for her contributions in advancing healthcare and nursing by St. Martin’s University.
She holds several patents and trademarks for healthcare innovations and leadership models. Moore has served as a Chief Nursing Officer at a Corporate, System and Magnet facility level with focus on advancing effective leadership, cultural transformation, patient safety and elevating organizational performance through quality, system thinking and putting knowledge into action. Moore has also served as an adjunct faculty member at multiple universities, most recently at George Fox University in the Healthcare Administration Program. Based upon her knowledge and expertise, Moore publishes and presents nationally and internationally on transforming healthcare for the needs of the future. Her most recent work is contributing content for “The Rebel Nurses Handbook”.
